Aino Kannisto Museum of Applied Arts, Belgrade, Serbia, June 19 - July 10, 2008 In 2006 the photographer Aino Kannisto (b.1973) took part in the 47th October Salon Art, Life & Confusion, curated by René Block and Barbara Heinrich. In conjunction to the exhibition she was awarded a solo exhibition at the Museum of Applied Arts Belgrade in 2008. Aino Kannisto received her MA (Photography) from the University of Art and Design (UIAH) in Helsinki in 2001. She is part of the Helsinki School of photographers.
