The Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture is expected to present a new strategy for the funding of international exchange in the field of visual arts by the end of the year.
Meanwhile, FRAME Finnish Fund for Art Exchange will carry out its operations within the limits of the anticipated changes. Applications for the September 15th deadline can be submitted for review as usual.
